  1. I appreciate this video and wanted to share that I personally give 3 hours to my new business prior to my real job and up to four hours after. I am working two jobs…and loving it -for real…..
    Getting up at 4:00 am really does help but I get so tired at 2:00pm (at work) that I want to go back to sleep….my fix is then caffeine. Then, I stay up until 12:00am.
    I feel fortunate that I am able to focus completely on my endeavors (Children grown) but how do you manage the dip in energy mid day without a red bull or coffee? Any tips?
